Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul
The dominant feature of the Brno skyline, whose bells toll noon at 11 o'clock - a reminder of the Thirty Years' War. The view from the tower is breathtaking, as is the atmosphere inside. Entrance to the cathedral is free, but there is a small fee to climb the tower.

Špilberk Castle
A symbol of Brno's history and perseverance. Formerly a dreaded prison, today a place of exhibitions, walks and cultural experiences. A walk around the walls is free, entrance to the exhibitions is charged. We recommend especially summer evenings - the castle courtyard has a unique atmosphere.

The underground corridors under the Green Market will take you to a past that is not usually written about. Cool walls, historical storage rooms, cellars and nooks with a story. It's not for everyone - but it's definitely worth it. The entrance fee is symbolic.
